Licence Condition
The licensee must prepare a feasibility report on all reasonable and feasible improvements that will improve the reliability of and reduce the frequency of overflows from the on-site water management system operating at the wharf. The feasiblity report must be submitted to the EPA's Regional Manager - Hunter at PO Box 488G, Newcastle NSW 2300. Date for completion: 15 July 2013
